I’m Helene Field, founder of Field Health Advocacy.

I founded Field Health Advocacy to offer steady, thoughtful support to individuals and families who value having a trusted partner when navigating healthcare decisions. Based in the Cleveland area and working with clients nationwide, I bring a background as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), along with experience across clinical care, care coordination, and a wide range of healthcare environments.

Over time, I have developed a deep understanding of how healthcare systems function — and an equally deep respect for how personal and complex healthcare decisions can be. My role is to help bring clarity, perspective, and a steady presence so that people can move forward feeling informed and supported.

I work closely with each client to understand their goals, values, and concerns, helping them prepare for appointments, ask thoughtful questions, evaluate options, and navigate next steps in a way that feels organized and manageable.

My approach is calm, discreet, and individualized. I believe that clear information and steady guidance can make even complicated situations feel more navigable, and that people deserve support that is fully focused on their best interests.
