About Helene Field

I’m Helene Field, founder of Field Health Advocacy.

I provide calm, structured healthcare advocacy to help individuals and families navigate medical decisions, care coordination, and complex healthcare systems with clarity and confidence.

Many clients come when healthcare becomes difficult to organize — multiple providers, changing diagnoses, or responsibilities that feel overwhelming to manage alone.

Background & Experience

Based in the Cleveland area and working with clients nationwide, I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM).

My clinical and care coordination experience spans multiple healthcare settings, giving me a practical understanding of how medical systems operate and how care is delivered across providers and settings.

My Approach

My role is to bring clarity, structure, and perspective to healthcare situations so individuals and families can make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed or uncertain.

Support may include helping clients:

  • Prepare for medical appointments

  • Organize and understand medical information

  • Clarify questions for providers

  • Evaluate care options and next steps

  • Navigate complex or ongoing healthcare needs

My approach is calm, individualized, and focused on practical clarity.

Who I Work With

Many clients are adult children coordinating care for aging parents while managing their own responsibilities.

Others are individuals navigating their own healthcare who want structured support, organization, and an experienced perspective.

I also work with professionals such as attorneys, fiduciaries, and financial advisors who connect clients when healthcare coordination support would be beneficial.
