About Helene Field

I’m Helene Field, founder of Field Health Advocacy.

I founded Field Health Advocacy to provide steady, thoughtful support to individuals and families navigating healthcare decisions and coordination. Many clients come when medical care becomes difficult to organize — multiple physicians, evolving diagnoses, or responsibilities that begin to feel overwhelming to manage alone.

Based in the Cleveland area and working with clients nationwide, I bring a background as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), along with experience across clinical care, care coordination, and diverse healthcare environments.

Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep understanding of how healthcare systems function and an equally deep appreciation for how personal and complex healthcare decisions can be for individuals and families.

My role is to help bring clarity, organization, and perspective so that people can move forward feeling informed and supported.

I work closely with each client to understand their goals, values, and concerns. Support may include helping clients prepare for appointments, organize medical information, ask thoughtful questions, evaluate treatment options, and navigate next steps in a way that feels manageable and clear.

Many clients are adult children coordinating care for aging parents, particularly when they are balancing careers, families, and responsibilities of their own. Others are individuals managing their own healthcare who value having an experienced partner to help them stay organized and informed.

My approach is calm, discreet, and individualized. I believe that clear information and steady guidance can make even complicated healthcare situations feel more navigable, and that people deserve support that is fully focused on their best interests.

Professionals including physicians, attorneys, fiduciaries, and financial advisors sometimes connect clients with Field Health Advocacy when thoughtful healthcare coordination and independent guidance would be helpful.
